Join us in June, 2017 as our community celebrates handcrafting our children’s journey through learning.
- Not yet a homeschooler? The SEA Homeschoolers’ Conference is a great place to learn more about homeschooling.
- There will be talks about different learning philosophies, such as the classical method, project-based learning, Charlotte Mason, child-led learning, unschooling, and handcrafting your child’s journey through learning.
- Round-table sessions to discuss important topics, such as homeschooling kids with learning disabilities, 2E kids, and homeschooling through high school are planned.
- Best of all you will be able to interact in person with your SEA Homeschoolers’ Community.
It isn’t all about homeschooling. The conference is being held at Shepherd University. The University is within minutes to an hour of many amazing opportunities.
One of these great opportunities is a partnership with local homeschoolers in Frederick, Maryland to provide an opportunity for our teens to attend the local Spring Formal at The Delaplaine Arts Center.
