Royal Fireworks Press
Homeschooling at the Highest Level
At Royal Fireworks Press, our aim is to support parents dedicated to developing in their children a lifelong love of learning, a broad understanding of the world of the intellect, and core competencies in academic areas. Our materials are infused with high intellectual demands because we think it is foolish to work to low standards. We know that the individual attention of homeschooling enables children to succeed with demanding materials. Our curricula engender a different experience because they are radically different in approach from other curricula.
Pandia Press offers secular, comprehensive science and history courses, and timelines. The flagship lines are REAL Science Odyssey (complete, one-year courses for Biology/Life, Earth Science and Astronomy, Chemistry, and Physics for 1st through 8th grade) and History Odyssey (Ancients, Middle Ages, Early Modern, Modern Times, and American History for 1st through 12th grade). Our products are utilized by home educators, co-ops, charter schools, and private schools.
Pandia Press print publications and eBooks are available at our Pandia Store. Print versions of our courses are also available from our preferred vendors.
Mike and Kate Johnson are the owners and operators of Pandia Press, and parents of five amazing kids ranging from elementary to college-age.

Be Naturally Curious
Be Naturally Curious was started by Valerie Grosso, a former college biology professor, who is passionate about making scientific concepts part of every kid’s life tool kit. She enlisted the help of several like-minded scientists who believe kids’ natural creativity and curiosity make it possible for them grasp and internalize topics adults usually think are too complicated for them. Our artists and designers are also key members of the Be Naturally Curious team, because effective teaching and communication are so dependent on visualizing the topics and processes being taught.

Groovy Kids Online is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. While we do believe in paying our teachers well and sharing some of our course fees with the innovators who create them (not everyone can work for free!), we also believe that every parent should be able to advocate for their children to have a superb education, and that every child should have a relevant education that will help them wander this world and reach their potential. To that end our mission is to:
- Provide supplemental cross-academic discipline courses for 11-17 year old children.
- Provide support to adults who wish to be involved in the education of a child or children.
- Provide resources to families so that they are able to facilitate the education of their children.
