2018 Secular Eclectic Academic Homeschoolers Atlanta Convention - Vendor/Sponsor Submission Form

Please complete the following form if you would like to be a sponsor or vendor at the SEA Homeschoolers' Convention.
  • Participant Information

    Please read through the entire exhibitor information and complete the selections applicable. After the form is submitted, the application will be reviewed by the Secular Eclectic Academic (SEA) Homeschoolers Convention Board. Upon approval by the board, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know your application has been approved, and you are accepted as an exhibitor. Upon notification of your application approval, you have five full business days to pay the fee which secures your spot.

    ­­­• Each booth space, approximately 10 ft. x 10 ft., is provided with one skirted table and two chairs. SEA Homeschoolers will not be held responsible for contents of Vendor’s booth(s) on premises. Space is assigned at the sole discretion of SEA Homeschoolers, and SEA Homeschoolers reserves the right to alter locations as necessary to best serve conference needs. In addition, if vendor has minor children attending the conference with them, the children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult. Electrical outlets may be limited, and Vendors must provide their own power strips, which may not impede or impair any traffic patterns. These strips must be placed, replaced, or moved at the sole discretion of SEA Homeschoolers.

    ­• All displayed content at the SEA Homeschoolers Convention must be secular. All materials must meet with SEA Homeschoolers guidelines for what constitutes secular materials. Any vendor failing to comply with this will be asked to remove the materials or leave the conference. If you have any questions as to whether materials meet these guidelines, please contact SEA Homeschoolers before the conference.

    • Vendor agrees that he/she/it will not criticize other vendors, attendees, speakers, or SEA Homeschoolers except as a formal complaint issued to an onsite SEA Homeschoolers Convention Board Member. SEA Homeschoolers will be the sole arbiter.

    • Please leave the booth area in good order after the teardown on Sunday. Vendors shall break down and dispose of all cardboard boxes and refuse. If Vendor leaves the booth area in less than acceptable condition there will be a mandatory “clean-up” fee of $50. In addition, Vendor is liable for any damage caused to the building floors, walls, curtains, drapes, to standard booth equipment or to another Vendor’s property.

    • If the Vendor fails to comply in any respect with the terms of this agreement without prior permission from SEA Homeschoolers, then SEA Homeschoolers will use such space in any manner without reimbursing the Vendor.

    • Distribution of printed matter, souvenirs, or other articles in the Vendor Hall shall be restricted to the space(s) of the Vendor, and Audiovisual sound shall not be audible more than 8 ft. from contracted booth space.

  • Sponsor and Vendor Levels

    All vendors and sponsors will have access to additional advertising and promotional opportunities at special discounted rates.

    *All videos will be filmed while vendor hall is closed to attendees to reduce on background noise and time slots must be prescheduled.
    Kat Hutcheson will be conducting the on camera interviews, unless Sponsor/Vendor provides alternate on-camera interviewer.

  • Sponsorship Level include all of the benefits of Prime Vendor as well as public acknowledgement for all levels at Opening and Closing Remarks at SEA Homeschoolers Conference in July 2018.

    Early Registration Dates: December 1, 2017 to February 5, 2018.
    Priority Registration Dates: February 6, 2018 to April 15, 2018,
    Standard Registration Date: April 16, 2018 to July 11, 2018 pending space.

    *Program inclusion will be void after June 20, 2018 to allow for printing time.


  • All options, including a table and skirt, are provided for all onsite vendors.
    You must supply your own long extension cord for power, access to which is limited.
    If you would like to use a company table skirt, please mention in the comments.

  • Please describe ALL products you plan to sell at the event. If you do not have a website with pictures of your products please e-mail pictures or forward samples of your products to the event coordinator.
  • Please describe the item you plan to include in the vendor bags for attendees.
  • For website and conference program.
  • Please select the dates in which you will participate. Please note priority will be given to vendors who commit to the entire event.
  • All graphics will be size to 500 x 500
    Accepted file types: jpg, png, jpeg, pdf.
  • Cancellation Policy: If selected as a vendor, cancellations will be accepted no later than 5:00 PM 90 Days prior to the event date. Any no shows or cancellations after this time will result in vendor fee forfeiture and could affect future participation in SEA events. I agree to all terms.

    Any violation of SEA terms and conditions shall constitute a breach of this contract. SEA maintains the right to remedy to any breach including, but not limited to, termination of any and all rights to the exhibit space assigned by SEA and the forfeiture of any fees paid.

    Vendor will promote their participation and presence via Vendor’s website, social media, and email list. Secular Eclectic Academic INC will provide advertising graphics for Vendor’s use.
