Trevor Baker

Trevor is an experienced educator and advocate for personalized learning, based in Washington, D.C. With a Bachelor’s in Education from Radford University and a Master’s from Virginia Commonwealth University, he spent five years teaching elementary school before transitioning to seven years in post-secondary education, helping learners achieve their college and career goals. Now a key member of the Prisma High School team, Trevor spearheads the LaunchPad program, guiding high school students through college preparation, career planning, and personalized projects like capstone initiatives and internships. Passionate about empowering students, Trevor brings practical insights to help homeschool learners navigate their unique paths to success.
