Secular, Eclectic, Academic INC (SEA) is a community focused organization run by a small and dedicated team of employees, interns, independent contractors, and volunteers.

Below is a list of positions we are currently looking to fill. 

We are currently hiring for 1 part-time ongoing position and 1 short-term project. We are open to hiring 2 people for these positions individually or hiring 1 person to do both.

SEA Homeschoolers is looking to hire an Active Campaign CRM Manager to oversee our existing Active Campaign account.

Position Type: Independent Contractor, Remote Position
Hours: Part-Time, Hours Vary, Flexible Schedule – Initially up to 20 hours/week, after that 0 to 10 hours/week – with an average of about 5 hours/week.
Compensation: Starting pay is $20 – $35 per hour based on experience with performance review after 3 months. Paid monthly.

Primary Job Duties

• • • Manage lists, tags, and contact profiles within CRM
    • Create and schedule emails
    • Curate email automations 
    • Setup and manage integration between Active Campaign and WooCommerce 
    • Create and manage subscription forms
    • Monitor CRM analytics, compile data reports quarterly and upon request

Required Skills 

• • • Active Campaign experience 

Additional Skills (preferred, not required)

• • • WooCommerce experience

Additional Information

Written copy and creatives will be provided by SEA Homeschoolers. However, if you have experience in these areas and are interested in contributing to content creation, we are open to discussing that as well.

(With potential for additional projects in the future.)
